Connect the dots
A household budget is a starting point. Moniratio also brings property values, mortgages, other debts, investment portfolios and a trading journal alongside your income and expenses.
Record fixed and variable income and expenses. Your monthly and annual overview helps you see where your money goes.
For example, a €600 annual bill averages €50 per month if you have twelve months to set it aside.
Work with savings goals and debts, record multiple property values and your investment portfolio, and follow trading in a separate journal. Look beyond what happens in your bank account.
Set recurring items, fixed amounts or percentages and have your planned allocation calculated. Moniratio plans administratively; it does not make payments or investment orders.
Does this sound familiar?
Insurance or maintenance may be paid only occasionally. Review the monthly amount needed to plan ahead.
Bring income and recurring costs together and review your available room month by month.
Include investments and trading in your overview. Read-only exchange import is in development and varies by provider.
See personal and shared income, expenses and goals together. In Cashflow, choose one person or the whole household and discuss what already has a purpose.
The name
Moni sounds like money and points to monitoring: keeping sight of your finances. The Latin monere, to remind or warn, also fits. Ratio refers to proportions and logic: weighing choices using data and calculations. Together, Moniratio is about following your money, understanding relationships and making considered choices.
Moniratio is a tool for insight, not official personal financial or investment advice. You remain in control of your choices.

Who is behind it
I am building Moniratio because I wanted a more connected view of my own finances. Income, expenses and costs that return once a year all deserve a place in the same overview. Together with testers, I am learning what is clear and what can improve.
Good to know
You enter your own information. You could start with fifteen minutes for your income and main regular costs; the time needed depends on your situation. Recurring items do not need to be recreated every month.
Moniratio is developed by Joël Scheffers and is still in beta. Testers help us find what works and what could be clearer. See the development updates.
Bank transactions and separate sheets do not automatically add up to a complete financial picture. Moniratio brings your monthly plan, assets, debts, investments and trading journal together, with help entering information and calculations based on what you record. The tool is still in development. Read why Moniratio looks at the whole picture.
The beta is closed. Apply to test; access follows a personal review and invitation. Applications do not guarantee a place.
You can set recurring items and allocations for your plan. Moniratio does not fetch bank transactions, make payments or place investment orders.
Exchange import is in development and varies by provider; not every transaction or historical period is supported. Use read-only keys and check imports against the source.
Your data is associated with your account and protected by HTTPS and access controls. There is currently no bank connection. A direct bank connection and further automation are planned for a later stage, subject to security and privacy conditions. See privacy and data for details and unresolved arrangements.
Price coverage is in development. Automatic prices and complete history are not available for every investment.
In the app, use Settings → Account and data. Financial exports do not automatically include all personal data in test applications, invitations or emails; those need a separate request.
The Pilot Logbook is private and sends nothing. Use the test guide and send a brief description to support@moniratio.com yourself.
No. Applying does not start a paid subscription or require payment. Future packages in the demo are still in preparation.
